Orders. Your name, contact details, delivery address, and the registration and options for your plate — used to make your order, deliver it, and email you about it (confirmation, dispatch, and any queries).

Accounts. If you create an account, we keep your details and order history so you can sign in and track orders. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Contact form and phone. Messages you send us are used to answer you, and for nothing else.

Newsletter. Only if you subscribe. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

The original documents you post to us are used solely to carry out the identity and entitlement checks the law requires of number plate suppliers. They're returned to you with your order, and we keep a record of the check as required.

Card payments are processed by our payment provider — your card details go to them directly and are never stored on our systems.

We don't sell or share your details for marketing, and we don't run advertising trackers on this site. Cookies and browser storage are used only to keep your basket and sign-in working.

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we may need to keep order records we're legally required to retain). Email info@scooterboxclassicplates.co.uk and we'll sort it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
